Refund and Returns Policy

At Smokey Hollow Records, every vinyl we press is custom-made with care and precision. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds, returns, and remanufacturing.
All Sales Are Final
Once your order has been submitted and approved for manufacturing, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom vinyl products.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before you approve the final artwork proof. Once approval is received and the order is submitted to our manufacturer, the order is locked in and no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
Damaged or Defective Vinyl
If your vinyl arrives damaged or defective:

Return the product to us at your own expense so we can assess the issue.

If we confirm a defect, we will remanufacture your vinyl at no additional charge.

Please note: you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Music Rights Confirmation
We only press original music. All customers must confirm they own the rights to the music they submit. Orders containing copyrighted or unlicensed material will be refused.
