Service Booking Policy

These policies apply to all creative services offered by Smokey Hollow Records, including but not limited to: studio time, music production, mixing and mastering, photography, videography, and editing.
By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking & Payment
You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking or pay a 50% deposit. If you select the deposit option, the remaining 50% will be due on the first day of your session or once we begin work on your project.
No project work will begin until a payment (either full or deposit) has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel and receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session with 48 hours or more notice at no penalty. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals do not receive time extensions or partial refunds. No-shows are non-refundable.
In the event of extenuating circumstances, accommodations may be made at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Satisfaction & Amendments
All service-based sales are final. If you are unhappy with your photos, recordings, or final product, we offer one round of amendments for free. Additional revisions or edits will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction once work has been delivered.
Service Expiry
If you purchase a session but do not book it, it will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable after the 1-year mark.
