These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Smokey Hollow Records website and your purchase of our products and services. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Products and Services
Smokey Hollow Records offers:

Custom vinyl pressing (based on music submitted by the customer)

Digital music downloads (MP3 format)

Creative services including music production, photography, and videography
Custom Vinyl Orders
All custom vinyl products are made-to-order. Turnaround time is approximately 6–8 weeks from the date of artwork approval. After an order is placed, we will review your files and send you a digital proof for approval.
Important:
Once you approve the artwork, your order is sent to the manufacturer and is no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, or modification.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before artwork approval. Once the order is submitted to manufacturing, it becomes final.
Shipping and Handling
We currently ship within Canada only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must return the item to us at their own expense for assessment. If the defect is confirmed, we will remanufacture the vinyl at no additional charge. However, customers are responsible for shipping fees both ways.
Music Rights and Legal Responsibility
Customers must own all rights to any music submitted for vinyl pressing. By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are the legal copyright holder or have written permission from the rights holder.

You accept full legal responsibility for the content you submit.
We reserve the right to reject any order that contains copyrighted material without proper authorization.
No Guarantees or Warranties
Due to the nature of custom audio products, we cannot guarantee specific audio outcomes or tonal characteristics. Slight surface noise or minor imperfections may occur due to the limitations of vinyl as a medium. We do not offer refunds for subjective quality concerns unless a verifiable manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
Smokey Hollow Records will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to issues related to delivery delays, product defects, or file submission errors.
